Ingredients
- 4 English muffins
- 1 cup pizza sauce (store bought)
- 1 pkg pepperoni
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
Procedure
- Slice English muffins in half
- Spoon on 1 tbs of pizza sauce on each English muffin half and spread evenly
- Place 4 pepperoni slices on each English muffin half
- Cover each mini pizza with 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 mins
- Let cool then eat
