Description
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Gingham Estate in Fort Worth, Texas in 1992. From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"[1]
Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground sirloin
- 2 cans kidney beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 3 cans black beans
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can pitted black olives
- 1 small white onion diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 package ranch dressing mix
Directions
- Brown sirloin with onion then drain grease and all remaining ingredients stirring to mix well.
- Simmer for 30 minutes.
