Intense Fudge Cookies
- 1 Bag (12 Oz) Semi-Sweet chocolate chips, Divided
- 2 oz Baker?s chocolate (unsweetened), Chopped
- 2 Tbs butter
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 Cup sugar
- 1/4 Cup all-purpose flour
- 1 Tsp vanilla
- 1/4 Tsp baking powder
- 1 Cup pecans, Chopped (or Any Kind You Prefer)
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees. Grease Cookies Sheets (or Line WithParchment Paper); Set Aside.
In a Medium Saucepan Heat, 1 Cup of chocolate chips, The UnsweetenedChocolate, And butter Until Melted, Stirring Constantly. Remove FromHeat; Add eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla, And baking powder. Stir UntilWell-Combined, Scraping Sides of Pan. Add Remaining chocolate Pieces AndNuts.
Drop Dough by Rounded Teaspoons 2-Inches Apart Onto The Prepared CookieSheets. Bake in Preheated Oven For 8 - 10 Minutes or Until Edges AreFirm And Surfaces Are Dull And Crackled. Transfer Cookies to Wire Racks;Cool.
