* 2 large [[avocado]]
* 3/4 Cup(s) chopped white [[Onion]]
* 3 Tablespoon(s) [[lime juice]]
== Procedures ==
husk and rinse tomatillos (not [[tomato]]es!) and chop coarsely.



chop chilis, [[Onion]], and [[cilantro]].



halve, peel, pit and dice avocados.



blend these ingredients in a blender or food processer to desired texture, add [[lime juice]], [[salt]] and [[pepper]] to taste.



makes about 2 1/2 cups.
