* 1 tbsp [[vanilla]]
* 1¼ cups [[vegetable oil]]
* 1 cup [[powdered sugar]]

== Procedures ==
# Combine first 6 ingredients in mixing bowl.
# In deep skillet heat [[oil]] until hot enough to fry 1 inch cube of dough.
# Carefully place dough, a tablespoon at a time into [[oil]].
# Fry a few donuts at a time 3–5 minutes.
# Remove and place in bag with [[powdered sugar]] to coat.
# Serve warm.
