''Iro Ngande, Kitobero. Quick (30 minutes or less).'' Serves 4.

== Ingredients ==
* ½ kg of [[bananas]] (green and peeled)
* 1 kg of [[potato]]es (Irish , peeled)
* ½ kg of [[corn|maize]] (shelled green)
* ½ kg of [[Peas]] (green or [[black-eyed pea|cowpeas]] or beans)
* [[pumpkin]] leaves (green)

== Procedures ==
# Boil [[corn|maize]] and legumes until half cooked.
# Add [[potato]]es and [[bananas]] and boil for 3 min.
# Wash, rinse and chop the [[pumpkin leaves]] and add them to the boiling ingredients.
# Continue cooking until well cooked (about 30 mn).
# Remove from fire and [[salt]] to taste.
# Mash, mix well and serve.
