* 1 cup [[breadcrumbs]]
* ½ tsp [[onion powder]]
* ½ tsp [[garlic powder]]
* ½ tsp [[dill]]
* ½ tsp [[salt]]
* ½ tsp [[pepper]]
* ½ tsp [[nutmeg]]
* ½ tsp sweet [[paprika]]
* 1 tsp dried [[parsley]]

== Procedures ==
# Melt butter in skillet.
# Blend dry ingredients.
# Break eggs in measuring cup and add milk to make 1 cup and beat.
# Fold into mix.
# Press through spätzle press into boiling water.
# Skim off noodles when they float; sauté in skillet.
# In a food processor blend dredge (Bread crumb seasoning) ingredients except fold in parsley by hand before use.
# Sprinkle seasoned breadcrumb over sautéd spätzle and toss.
