* 1 Glove [[garlic]]
* 1 [[green bell pepper|green pepper]], chopped
* 2 cup [[black beans]], cooked
* 1/4 tsp [[oregano]]
* 1 tbl [[white vinegar]]
* 2 Pimientos, minced
* [[salt]]
* [[pepper]]
* 3 cup [[rice]], cooked


== Procedures ==

# Heat the [[oil]] in a skillet, add the [[green bell pepper|green pepper]] and [[garlic]] and saute' for about 3 minutes. Stir in beans, [[oregano]], [[vinegar]], and pimientos. Add [[salt]] and [[pepper]] to taste. REduce the heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Spoon over cooked [[rice]] and serve.
