* 4 cups [[milk]]
* 2 cups [[water]]
* 1 [[carrot]]
* 1 [[egg]]
* 1 – 1.5 cups [[flour]]
* 2 tsp [[granulated sugar|sugar]]
* 1 tbsp [[butter]]
* [[salt]]

== Procedures ==
# Boil the shredded [[carrot]] in slightly salted [[water]], add the [[milk]], [[salt]] and boil again.
# To the [[wheat flour]] add the [[egg]] and a little [[water]], mix thoroughly until it is the thickness of [[cream]] and slowly pour into the soup, stirring rapidly.
# Shortly before the soup is done add [[granulated sugar|sugar]] and [[butter]].
