==Ingredients==

*⅔ cups (160ml) [[Flour|white flour]]
*1⅓ cups (320g) [[Whole Wheat|whole wheat flour]]
*½ tsp. [[Salt|salt]]
*2 tsp. [[Baking Powder|baking powder]]
*½ cups (120ml) chopped [[Nuts and seeds|nuts]] (such as [[walnut|walnut]]s)
*2 [[Egg|egg]]
*1 tbsp. [[honey|honey]] (or [[molasses|molasses]], or 1T honey, 1T [[sugar|sugar]])
*1 cup [[milk|milk]] (or [[Soy Milk|soy milk]])
*¼ cup [[vegetable oil|vegetable oil]]
*2 or 3 [[Banana|bananas]], mashed
*Note: Add [[sugar|sugar]] to taste, if necessary.

==Procedure==
# Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
# Grease a muffin tin.
# Cream eggs, honey/molasses/sugar, milk, vegetable oil, and bananas. 
# Combine dry ingredients, then mix sparingly with wet ingredients. Lumpy batter is to be expected.
# [[Baking|Bake]] for 20 to 25 (probably 25) minutes.

Makes about 20 2in (5cm) muffins.
