== Description ==
[[Rice]], [[papaya]], and [[coconut milk]] might seem like an odd combination. The mixture is, however, a delicious one. 

== Ingredients ==
* 1 cup [[rice]]
* ½ teaspoon [[salt]]
* ½ teaspoon ground [[cinnamon]]
* 2 cups [[coconut milk]]
* 1 [[papaya]], peeled, seeded and cut into small pieces (about 1 cup diced)

== Procedures ==
# Place the [[rice]], ¼ cup [[water]], [[salt]], [[cinnamon]], and [[coconut milk]] in a medium-size pot and bring to a boil.
# Cover, reduce heat, and cook for 20 minutes.
# Fluff the [[rice]] with a fork and let stand for 10 minutes.
# Mash half the [[papaya]] and mix it and the [[papaya]] cubes with the [[rice]].
# Serve hot.
