* 2 tablespoons [[Dijon mustard]]
* 1 teaspoon [[salt]]
* ½ teaspoon [[chili powder]]

# Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat until boiling over medium heat.
# Boil for 1 minute, then cool at room temperature, and refrigerate until ready to use.
# This is a great one to use on pork or chicken.
