Description OK, so my life has basically been taken over these past few weeks by Ani Phyo's Ani's Raw Food Desserts recipe book. So far I've made her Raspberry Ganache Fudge Cake, Key Lime Kream Bars, Chocolate Crunch Cupcakes with Molten Mint Frosting, and now these Almond-Goji Cacao Chip Cookies. Each recipe pretty much gets better than the last, and they're not only delicious but really ridiculously simple to make. I think, with the exception of the mint, I've had all the necessary ingredients already stocked in my cupboards for all the previously mentioned recipes. I don't think I've ever had as much fun in the kitchen as I've had experimenting with these desserts.
